DIG Product Support

Thank you for your interest in DIG games and apps for the iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad. We appreciate your support.

If you are experiencing issues with one of our products, please restart your device before trying anything else. iDevice games and apps can often suffer from memory issues caused by other apps - even your email! - and there is nothing we can do to resolve that for you. If that does not correct your problem and you'd like to submit a support ticket, please email us at: [app-support] at [desetto.com] and we will reply promptly.

If you would like to send a question or comment, please use our Contact page.

Other FAQs

Can I get a refund?

Yes, Apple handles all billing issues for the App Store. If you would like to request a refund for any reason, just click on Report a Problem in either your email receipt or in the Account > Purchase History section of iTunes.

Are your games available on Android, Windows, Facebook, Wii, or Atari 2600?

At this time we are exclusively an app developer for the Apple iOS platform. If we decide to publish to additional platforms, we will update this page.

Can you develop games and apps for our brand?

Yes. App development is actually our primary business. Please feel free to browse our portfolio and contact us to discuss your specific project.

Are you hiring?

DIG is always looking for talented developers in Objective-C, Lua, and Python/Django. If you are based in the US and great at what you do, give us a call.

I have an idea for an app or game. Can you build it for me and we'll split the profit that may someday occur?

No. We do not work "on spec" under any circumstances.
